ST. LUCIA: Memos and Letters Training Workshop
The Administrative Professionals Committee [APC] of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Port Services and Transport which was established in September 2015, today held a training in Memo and Letters Training Workshop in observance of Administrative Professional Day 2016. The training is opportune at this time given that this day dedicated to all Administrative Professionals and Secretaries in recognition of their contribution to the organization.
The Training is facilitated by Mrs. Juliette Courer- SevenSeals, Human Resource Officer at the Ministry of Education, Human Resource and Labour:
The main objective of the Committee is to identify methods to build each members skills and improve overall performance in the work place. The training therefore seeks to develop and build on the skills of the Secretaries at the Ministry and to provide quality service to customers.
